Terms of use

Last updated: October 9, 2026

In short: Irreplaceable is a training product for product designers. You can use the free plan without paying. Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our reseller. Scores are early estimates, not certifications, and AI feedback can be wrong.

1. Who we are

Irreplaceable ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS / OSEK NUMBER], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. These terms apply to the website and app at this domain (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. The Service

Irreplaceable offers practice drills, assessments, a library, interview practice, missions and AI feedback for product designers. Some features need an account. You create one with your email address and a one-time sign-in link.

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Scores and AI feedback

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Fair use of AI features

AI features have a daily limit per account, shown on your Account page. Please don't share your account, automate requests, try to extract the system prompts, or use the AI features for anything unrelated to learning product design. We may pause access that puts the Service or other users at risk.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit: answers, reflections, rounds you write and screens you upload for a crit. You give us the right to store and process that content to run the Service for you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate feedback. If you submit a community round or experiment and it's approved, you also allow us to show it to other users with the credit you chose.

Only upload screens you're allowed to share. Don't upload confidential information, other people's personal data, or anything illegal.

7. Our content

Drills, answer keys, written explanations, the library and the design of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning. Don't copy, resell or republish them in bulk, or use them to train AI models.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, you can ask for a prorated refund for the rest of your period.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a breach on your side, we'll refund the unused part of your subscription.

10. Liability

The Service is a learning tool. Decisions you make at work remain yours. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW, e.g. the State of Israel], and disputes go to the courts of [COURT LOCATION], unless consumer law where you live gives you other rights.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users by email or in the app before the change applies.

13. Contact

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. For questions about a payment or invoice, you can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
