About · A letter from the founder
I built Irreplaceable because I started questioning my own future.

01 · Why I started
Hi, I'm Sarit.
As someone working in product design, I've spent my career thinking about how to solve problems, make decisions, and create things that matter.
Then AI started changing the way we work. Tasks that once required hours of skill and experience could suddenly be done in seconds.
I started wondering:
If AI can do more of the work I do, what will make my expertise valuable tomorrow?
Around the same time, I became a parent. Thinking about the future became more personal. It wasn't just about my career anymore, but about the future I wanted to build for myself and my child.
I didn't have all the answers. But I knew one thing: we can't afford to stop growing as professionals.
02 · The bigger problem
It's not just about learning new tools.
AI is changing product design, but the same question reaches far beyond design.
Whatever our profession, knowing how to do the work may no longer be enough. We need to keep developing how we think, solve problems, exercise judgment, make decisions, and adapt when the rules change.
The challenge isn't simply keeping up with technology. It's becoming better at navigating a world that doesn't stand still.
And while there's no shortage of advice about what we should learn, turning that advice into real improvement is much harder.
I wanted to change that.
03 · Why Irreplaceable exists
That's why I built Irreplaceable.
Irreplaceable started with a question about my own future in product design. It grew into a bigger idea: what if we could approach professional growth as something we actively practice, not just something we hope happens over time?
I'm building Irreplaceable to help professionals strengthen the skills behind better work, through deliberate practice, meaningful challenges, and a clearer understanding of their progress.
It starts with the real challenges of product design, and with the belief that the ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and keep adapting matters across professions.
I'm not building Irreplaceable because I know exactly what the future holds. I'm building it because I believe we should have a more intentional way to prepare for it.
04 · Where we go from here
The future of work is changing. Let's grow with it.
Irreplaceable is for people who care about their craft, want to keep getting better, and are ready to take an active role in their professional future.
You don't have to predict what's coming next. You don't need to have all the answers.
You just need to keep growing.
Let's become more capable of whatever comes next.
